Hi, I'm Joe Turner, the 'Job Search Guy'. If you checked any of the above boxes, you're in good company. I've been a recruiter for 15 years and I've worked with thousands of candidates. That means thousands of resumes. The good, the bad and the ugly. Few of those resumes were outstanding.

Submitted Resume at 9AM, phone call by 1PM!

On Tuesday at 9:00 am I sent out my first "Joe enhanced" resume, responding to an A-list position for a national company on Monster. I had a phone call at 1:00 asking to schedule a phone interview, which took place yesterday. Not only did the HR manager rapidly schedule me for an in person interview, he also gave me tips and suggestions on how to score with the persons I'd be meeting with!  Thanks a bunch!
