This reduced work-in-progress inventory levels from $20M to $10M with just in time shipments by
implementing a Job Costing and Work-In-Progress System.

● Reduced monthly financial statements preparation from 60 days to 5 days by successfully combining separate

leverage existing technological resources and intellectual properties into higher net profits. Both acquisition companies were then used to build
the parent company's products reducing cost of goods sold by 25% in first year after acquisition.
● Repackaged acquired companies for subsequent sale to large domestic public companies. Renegotiated all contracts, analyzed and authored
strategic plans, oversaw process from inception through completion; transferred key product lines to offshore foundries operating in Korea and
